With ample parking, 3 En-suite bedrooms furnished to a very high standard and a guest lounge area contact us to see when your luxury stay can happen.
Guests are requested to vacate their room by 10:30am on the day of departure in order to allow the room to be prepared for incoming guest.
Room 1
Room 1, The family room consists of a twin or super king size Bed. Tea and coffee making facilities, television, DVD, CD player, clock radio/alarm, safe, hairdryer, refrigerator, etc are all included and ample drawer/wardrobe space can be found in the solid wood furniture within the room, with 1 tub chair, a 2 seater bed settee, deep pile wall to wall carpet, quality bed linen, pleasing decor and a large window overlooking the garden, your comfort is assured.
The en-suite fully tiled bathroom facilities comprise of w.c. wash basin and bath with shower head/tap combination, shavor point, towels, toiletires and bathrobe are supplied for you comfort. Personal keys to the room are provided on arrival.
Room 2
Room 2 contains a luxury king size bed, hardwood furniture including wardrobes, drawer units & dressing table. window seat and easy chair, TV, DVD, CD player, Tea/Coffee facilities, clock radio/alarm, safe, hairdryer refrigerator etc. With deep pile wall to wall carpet, pleasing decor and a view overlooking the garden and farmland relaxation comes as standard.
The en-suite bathroom includes WC, washbasin, shaver point, toiletries and shower. Quality bed linen, towels and bathrobe together with your personal keys ensure your comfort and privacy
Room 3
Room 3 contains a luxury king size bed, the high quality dark hardwood furniture provides an abundance of drawer / wardrobe space and large mirrored dressing table. Relax in the side chairs and receive entertainment from the large television or top quality CD/radio combination that also provides your clock and come round gently alarm. the room also contains a refrigerator and safe for your convenience.
Your en-suite facility is fully tiled with large 1m square shower unit, WC, washbasin, shower point and heated towel rail. Situated at the southern end of the farmhouse the room has east and south facing windows overlooking the garden pond, open farmland and burn valley. Sumptuous wall-to-wall carpeting, tea / coffee facility, hairdryer, quality linen, towels and bathrobe ensure you want for nothing other than a further future booking.
